+## Why this Proposal?
+
+Some companies only hire people who accept 996 working scheme. Some companies violate Chinese Labor Law and other laws. The evidence can be collected online, but we all know that they can delete the information whenever they want. They may even sue employees of slander after deletion. Thus, we must collect the evidence in a way that no one can deny it. And, as developers, we shall resort technical means first.

+有些公司公開在求職網站上面要求應徵者接受996工作制，以及其他一些違法條件。我們需要收集這些證據。但是網絡上面的證據隨時會被刪除。而證據刪除以後，公司也有可能告員工誹謗。為了保護爆料者，我提議我們使用區塊鏈取證。我們是工程師，玩轉技術難道還輸給別人。
