+首先,联合一切可以联合的力量,避免被孤立。要明白996的问题本质就是无节制的加班问题。 这个问题不仅仅是程序员这个群体特有的问题,而是更广泛的社会问题。金融交易员,医生,律师,环卫工人,农民工等等大家都被逼着加班。跟收入高低无关,跟从事的行业也没有必然联系。而程序员只是最早发声的群体在其它方面并没有什么特别之处,我们应该一起站出来反抗。据此我建议鼓励各行各业的人员发出自己的声音,对无节制加班说不!

+其次,我们的诉求要明确,合理有可执行性。在发出自己的声音后要明确自己想要什么。很多行业因为特殊性难以避免加班(比如医生夜里要值班),因此我们的诉求不是杜绝加班,而是要合法加班, 我们的要求很简单明确:按照劳动法合法加班,限制加班时长,并且按照劳动法给与相应的经济补偿。如果加班没有成本,那么老板必然会让员工加班到底。而如果加班是有成本的,那么老板就要掂量一下是否值得。
