最初のデータでデータベースをシードする場合などでは、モデルのインスタンスを多数作成する必要があります。 `Model.create()` は、最初の引数として `[{name: 'John', ...}, {...}, ...]` のようなオブジェクト配列を受け取り、それらのすべてを db に保存します。
