## Description
< section id = 'description' >
When HTML elements are placed one level below another they are called < code > children</ code > of that element. For example, the button elements in this challenge with the text "#target1 ", "#target2 ", and "#target3 " are all < code > children</ code > of the < code > & #60 ; div class="well" id="left-well"& #62 ; </ code > element.
jQuery has a function called < code > children()< / code > that allows you to access the children of whichever element you've selected.
Here's an example of how you would use the < code > children()< / code > function to give the children of your < code > left-well< / code > element the color < code > blue< / code > :
< code > $("#left -well").children().css("color", "blue")</ code >
