Subject: [PATCH] Add more formatting & emphasize palindrome details

- Put `true` and `false` in code tags
- Put `palindrome` in definition tags
- Add "Note" to further emphasize you'll need to remove all non-alphanumeric
  characters
- Put various forms of "race car" in code tags
