The fist paragraph looked like it was a bad translation into English, I cleaned it up to be grammatically correct.

* fix: corrected contributor's sentence

Also changed to STaaS.

When you use cloud storage, that is STaaS. In this case, a cloud system gives you the ability to store data online and acesss it as if it was local.
