Since "Information Technology" or IT is still frequently used, especially by larger organizations who have "IT Departments" it is important to help younger users realize that IT is also common terminology.

a79c447247 Added to "Remote Work" and "In Between" (#20421) 
Added to "Remote Work" for naming conventions also used like "distributed" and "100% remote". Added that retreats are used for bigger company trajectory plans. Added to the "In between" that sometimes there is a disconnected between the onsite team and remote team.

0127c66933 fix: Updated formatting, links, and ISBN (#20416) 
Formatting on this document was broken; certain books shared the same lines, as well as had unclosed italics for book titles.

Additionally, all Amazon.com links have been switched to use Amazon Smile to follow the direction of the previous recommendations.
Any book with an available ISBN-13 has also been added to details.
