97e4c38f08 Fixed Formatting. (#27144) 
Fixed the formatting and grammar. 
Also made it clear that `malloc()` is generally discouraged for use in C++. See [here](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/45105100/when-and-why-we-must-use-the-malloc) for more info.
