Modify main wrappers

- clientIdentifier now set in main wrappers
- version handled within wrapper
- modify InitConfig now returning *ethutil.ConfigManager (passed to gui)
- added NewClientIdentity returning *ethwire.SimpleClientIdentiy (passed to ethereum)
