settable etherbase

- etherbase flag for block reward destination
- coinbase => etherbase
- CLI- eth Config -> eth, xeth -> RPC / Miner
- use primary instead of coinbase as the unlock magic wildcard
- accounts: firstAddr/Coinbase -> Primary
