* Remove RpcConfirmedBlock tuple

* Remove getRecentBlockhash tuple

* Remove getProgramAccounts tuple

* Remove tuple from get_signature_confirmation_status

* Collect Rpc response types

* Camel-case epoch schedule for rpc response

* Remove getBlockCommitment tuple

* Remove getStorageTurn tuple

* Update json-rpc docs
