#113 Event Driven Architecture

Adds various changes including :
- Fixes to Javadoc
- Test refactoring and improvements
- Refactored EventDispatcher to be immutable
- Removed DynamicRouter interface since it not needed
- Renamed Channel to a more appropriate name - Handler
